Documents Required For The Dubai Visa Application

The followings are the major documents required for the Dubai Visa application:-

• Candidate’s completed application form.
• Candidate’s several passport photos.
• Original passport along with a copy.
• A copy of a valid company card.
• Health certificate copy.
• Payment proof of the application fee.
• An entry permit issued by the Ministry Of Labor.

(Additional certificates may be required in some cases)

Eligibility Criteria For Dubai Visa Process

The candidates who are applying for Dubai Visa, need to check their eligibility. To check the eligibility for any kind of Dubai Visa, the candidate has  to fulfill any one of the criteria mentioned below:-

• An Invitation From Family Member Residing In UAE: In this criteria, spouse and children can be invited .
• Financial Records: There are many candidates who do not qualify as per their travel records. Such candidates are required to submit Form 16 for the last 2 years or they can submit Income Tax return for the same period with the minimum gross income from business, profession or employment which should not be exceeding Rs 2 LPA. Candidates can also submit Proof of Investments in the form of fixed deposits at banks or post offices.
• Travel Records: The candidates who have traveled to other countries like Australia, Canada, USA, UK or European Countries once in the past in last 5 years or they are still having their valid visa can also apply for Dubai Visa.

Dubai Visa Requirements Under All Criteria

The followings are the documents required under all criteria’s:-

Under Invitation From Family Member Residing In UAE

• Invitation letter from the employer(if any).
• Photo copy of your travel records.
• Candidate’s original passport with minimum 6 months validity.
• Visa application form filled and signed along with applicant’s photograph.

Under Financial Records

• Candidate’s PAN card photocopy.
• Photocopy of Income Tax return.
• Candidate’s salary slip of past 6 months.
• Invitation letter from the employer(if any).
• Visa application form filled and signed along with applicant’s photograph.
• Candidate’s original passport with minimum 6 months validity.
• Photocopy of Fixed Deposit receipt.

Under Travel Record

• Candidate’s original passport with minimum 6 months validity.
• Invitation letter from the employer(if any).
• Candidate’s PAN card photocopy.
• Candidate’s salary slip of past 6 months.
• Photocopy of Income Tax return.
• Visa application form filled and signed along with applicant’s photograph.
• Invitation letter from the employer(if any).
